AMATO can be used for practice and your own stories, including publication and commercial work. Within the rights Oshi Labs can grant, individuals and organizations worldwide may use the covered materials without application or fee. You may save, copy, modify, and use the images as AI references; make derivative illustrations, manga, animation, or games; publish and sell your creations.
Covered material
This permission covers fan works with the AMATO character and the sample image and AMATO character reference supplied here, including backgrounds in those images. You may copy or adapt the site's copyable prompts. Your independent characters and contributions remain yours. Redistributing the covered original files requires linking to these terms and telling recipients that the same terms apply.
Exclusions and boundaries
Other characters, third-party logos or voices, service screenshots, complete articles and episode videos, paid guides, and nonpublic materials are not covered. Credit on your creations is optional; “Character: AMATO / Oshi Labs” is appreciated. Do not represent your work as official, claim exclusive rights to the shared material, obstruct others through claims based solely on it, use it for fraud, impersonation, infringement, discrimination, or harassment, or depict AMATO, a boy, in sexually exploitative or explicit material.
This grants use rather than transferring rights or overriding third-party terms. Changes will be posted with their effective date; compliant prior use will not be retroactively withdrawn solely by a later change. Serious or uncorrected violations may require stopping the use.
